I'm not Utopia but maybe I can help.  A US postal order is just like cash so did the  bank tell you why it didn't go through...was there a mistake on the order...there had to have been....did they send you the money in US $ or Canadian??  I would find out from the bank and then get in touch with the person who sent you the postal order.  good luck!! ... I am really not impressed.....the Canadian $ is far stronger than the american $ and my conversion rate hasn't changed in a good month.  I'm not buying that Paypal is given the new rates twice a day.....Come to think of it I have never seen the Canadian $ stronger than the American $ on Paypal.  I was going to put more money into my account but at these rates I'm better off not.  At a 2.5% reduction by Paypal I am still being ripped off...what a sleazy way to make money.  I liked you an awful lot more before you were bought by ebay.  I used to get money back...now...it's take take take...don't think I'll bother getting my paypal debit card renewed. ...
