I transfered money last month, Sept. My available transfer amount never rest in Oct. The money posted on Sept 30 to my bank account. According to PP rules, $500 is the monthly limit. As this transfer was initiated and completed in Sept the limit needs to be reset for the month of Oct. Please explain why this never occured.
