I have noticed that my funds in my account balance have been going down, in fact I am now at 0.00. Is money being deducted after I sell something and the shipping is paid my my balance? If yes, how can i change the method of shipping costs to my pay pal smart connect? I wanna pay my shipping expenses with that. Thanks.
