I'm not a regular user of ebay/paypal but I do have an outstanding credit record and feedback from ebay so I find it very frustrating when you go through the prescribed process to sell a product, using the recommended shipping process through ebay, dealing with a certified paypal account and still the funds will not be released for 3 weeks. The parcel still sits at the post office awaiting for the client to pick it up and is fully insured as well as requiring a signature. I can see why the class action lawsuit is moving forward and this will certainly be my last use of these services other than miscellaneous items.
