I cannot believe that a buyer can bid for an item and simply force the seller to pay for shipping, insurance and hope that the payment will be received once the goods are out of your hands. PayPal have you entirely lost sense of any ethical business practices. How can PayPal expect that a seller will just fork out merchadise and cross their fingers to receive payment.
