I am in your nightmare also - with my nightmare had to go pay $136.00 in NSF fees this morning to my BANK ACCOUNT for shipping 4 items that I also put PAY LATER ON SHIPPING thinking it was coming out of the HOLD funds.   Contacted Paypal the supervisor got on the phone and was as worhless as a $3.00 bill - said that it is there policy to pull from my bank account I asked WHY IF THERE IS A PAY LATER Option for the shipping label why are you pulling from my bank account? - He could not answer  kept telling me it was policy - Had to sell my jewelry to get $136.00 to pay for PAYPALS AND EBAYS POLICIES THE 21 DAY HOLD (leading me to believe I can pay later for postage when in reality that is PAYPALS decision whether to honor the pay later or not)  - BILLING FOR SHIPPING FROM BANK ACCOUNT -     My family is on very tight fixed income. ALL SALES and FEES are paid from my paypal account - NEVER EVER do I touch our checking account   I pay household bills with my bank account nothing left but a  few dollars in my bank account after bills are paid. Ebay gave that little bit of extra income to help out our household. NOW $50.26 worth of Shipping and items (total for 4 sales I have on hold) it COST ME $136.00 out of pocket and now I no longer have my jewelry that was dear to me. I have 2 accounts 1 business and 1 personnel  with eBay (both are paid to the same paypal account) and 1 has less than 25 POSITIVE 5 star rating. The other has 44 - 5 Star ratings not a 1 negative feedback on either accounts. Yesterday I sold 2 items on the lower account and found the hold I can't figure out why since I have had this account open for over 2 months not quite 90 days since the account has been open and no holds were placed on the account until right before I have 90 days  - This morning sold an item on the one that has over 44 feedback and will have 90 days with this account in 10 days low and behold there is a hold ALSO on that account. When it was clearly stated that  if you had less than 25 rating. I am fed up with the high fees Ebay charges and am most disgusted with Paypal for not contacting me as to the hold on my account after paying there high fees also... I enjoyed eBay and the service paypal provided even with the high fees but this is my only income and to hold on my money puts a hurt on me and my business. ... View more
