Again today 10/30 I have 2 transactions that show as "NOT ELIGIBLE". I had 3 that show as ok - eligible. So for the last 3 days that makes 10 transactions with 6 "NOT ELIGIBLE". I also called PayPal and got a nice lady on the phone who did acknowledge a problem.... not with my account, or with the buyer or the transactions themselves. She stated it was some sort of technical problem that they were working on. On trying to press for more information she just kept repeating herself that they were aware of the problem and were working on it. She said they did not want to make a public statement for fear of scammers trying to abuse the system if they found out there was a problem. Not much of a reassurance for sellers that they ARE BEING PROTECTED. This is the only thread I have seen that is addressing this ongoing problem. And am wondering why more people are not on top of this. How about some help, more comments or some direction from the community.
