Found myself in a negative paypal balance after a stupid miscalculation ... suffer from memory problems and totally forgot about leaving funds in my bank account to cover a PP transaction of £5.. this has resulted in a negative balance in PP account. I have tried to resolve this using the screen that comes up .. it has three options, debit/credit card (which I dont have) or through bank account.. or by cheque.. I keep getting error and unable to sort this out.. any help please?
