I am beyond FRUSTRATED. Paypal has NEVER done this to me before- I've been buying and selling on Ebay for 5 years without ever having any issues on either end. Today I sell two NFL tickets to a game for NEXT Sunday and they tell me they're holding the money for three weeks? The chic gets the tickets and goes to the game and I wait until the end of October for my funds? I DONT THINK SO. Refund to her and closing ebay account- not sending my tickets without payment.
