I am having the same problem. I am changing banks and have entered my new checking account and credit card account numbers. They are both verified and are selected as the primary. I have no pending transactions. I have a plus balance in my account. I have tried for days to delete the old accounts and I keep getting the same message- there are pending transactions and it can't remove the accounts while that is the case. Is there anywhere in your help files that explains how long this will go on? Those accounts are closed and you wouldn't be able to get any money from them. I don't want them in my profile. This can't be this hard to let us know how to do this. You are a business that handles money. You should not be exempt from assisting customers delete old account numbers by claiming you don't know why this is happening. It's very simple. People change vendors all the time and cancel old accounts and credit cards.
