When I first started using PayPal for my Ebay purchases, my credit card was billed first, and money only came out of my bank account if there was insufficient funds on the card. Since I have changed my credit card info, all purchases I have made recently have come out of my bank account. How do I set it up that my card is treated as the primary source of funds as now I am afraid to make larger purchases and risk a possible NSF charge at my bank. thank you
