My Bank Account is in GBP My paypal button charges in US$. My question: Say someone from Australia for example buys a product: The conversion would be AUS - US$ - GBP when I withdraw. Paypal charges 2.5% extra for crossborder . So AUS to US$ = 2,5% Then US$ to GBP Bank Account withdrawal =1% for charge to receive payments from another country. Will there be another 2.5% charge for currency conversion from Paypal? If they don't I guess my bank will charge another conversion fee..... Total charges: 2.9% + $0.30 +2,5% +1% + Charge to convert from US$ to GBP Sounds like almost 7-10% of the value of the sale....... Am I understanding these fees correct?
