I have same problem,i have called them three times today,,first time just been told that is an internal security sistem ,whic operates automaticaly,that it has stopped my card for some reason,and whic an operater cannot see apparenty,he aslo told me that because of thst he can not do an ioveride ,, i haave called again later and a lady answered to may phone call ,similar thing ,but shegave me advice to delete cookies on my operating browser,and to try again later durring the day ,whic i tried and it did not work,so , i called third time,and explained to the me that is third time i call by phone(from Bosnia),and same story,but he told me that is someone with that system whic operates automaticaly,that a someone could help,and he also told me that a will receive a phone call from the person who is with Pay Pal on this issue ,,in the mind time me waiting for that phone call ,i've tried an option offered by that man where says do not log in and proceed ,it did not work,,,when speak with a person who should give me a phone call at my home here, ,it will be an update... @Redhead2011 wrote: I see others are having trouble paying with Visa debit or gift cards.
