If this says PayPal check to see if it is from your account. If it is not from your account, report it to your bank as an unauthorized transaction. You will have to go to the bank to do this, but they will get your money back for you. The fraud unit gets involved and you will have to sign papers to the effect that you do not know who used your account, but you will get your funds restored. It has happened to me just recently on a credit card for $190. You will have to have a new debit card, That takes about ten business days. Good luck my friend.
