Hi received an email from Paypal addressed to Dear Value Member saying my account is restricted. When I log into paypal cannot find any message to say I'm restricted or information on what my restrictions are. Does anyone know if this is a genuine email as addressed to Dear Value Member. Can I tell if I have any restrictions as can't seem to find any on my account. Any help appreciated -- thanks
