So when I try to make an instant purchase with my Paypal account linked to my BMO chequing account it does not work. Ive confirmed the bank account and the paypal account is verified. My brother has an account with BMO also linked to his paypal and his works. Everything is the same except i cannot buy anything that requires an instant payment.
