I recently moved house and changed my address with my bank etc about two weeks back. I just tried to change my billing address on paypal and i'm constantly getting a card verification error. What exactly does this mean and why is it doing it? I really could do with finding out how to do this as my mum needs to do the same on her account but gets the exact same problem.
