I bought 10k MS points from an online seller and after i bought them i noticed that 8000 of them had went missing. I contacted the seller, and they agreed that there was a deficit and that they would send me points. I waited until the last day to open a case but i didn't get a response, so i opened a Case. In the case, the seller responded that they would refund the points, if I closed the case. They admited they where wrong, but for some reason Paypal can't find the case in my favor because the goods are intangible? I know that its because they can't prove dilivery, but in this case with the seller admits to being wrong but refuses a refund, its seems rediculous. 2/15/2011 20:25 PST - Buyer: If you view the dispute history, they responded they would resend the points, however i havn't recieved them. I'm also willing to close the case if they send the points. 2/15/2011 20:24 PST - Buyer: They responded that they would resend the points, however i haven't received anything so i am filing a claim. 2/10/2011 22:11 PST - Seller: Hi michael, pls keep connect with us to solve this problem thanks 2/10/2011 22:08 PST - Seller: hi MiCHAEL,I would like to send another 8000 points.would you pls close the paypal claim?thanks
