I think there is a serious problem with the resolution center. I have been selling parts for a long time now and have used paypal for a long time and I'm familiar with the resolution center. I just recently had a dispute opened from a customer because he was sent the wrong part. This was an overseas customer and I offered to fix the problem but the customer escaalated the claim and decided he just wanted a refund. Thats all fine and I stated that when I receive the parts back I will give the refund. The parts were shipped back to me and when I got them back today all the parts were not in the box! The customer was sold 4 automotive brackets and 2 sets of custom brake lines. When I opened the box the 2 sets of brake lines were not there and the only the 4 automotive brackets were there and one of the brackets were severely hacked up with some kind of grinder or something that made it completely unusable!! The customer is requesting a FULL refund even though he is obviously using the brake lines and hacked up one of my items where as I could never resell them!!!! Now since he submitted his tracking number to paypal resolution center it would seem that to paypal it looks like the items were shipped back, but, not everything was in the box and the customer should not be entitles to a FULL refund! I have no idea what to do here.
