Recently there has been a claim put against my account in the form of a unauthorised access one, after searching for a while in the resolution centre I have found no way of adding evidence to support my case against the claim and add my input.  On one of the guides it says:   "Click 'View' in the ‘Action’ column"   However when I go to review the ‘Action’ column there is no 'View' option available to me, the only button there is 'Respond' which sends me to a very unhelpful page where it lists the transaction and its details but there is nowhere that I can upload my documents.  There are sections which lists that there are no uploaded documents but nowhere I can personally upload them.  If I click the 'Resolve Claim Now' button I get only these options:   - I have posted the item and I can provide proof that the item was posted through an approved postal service to the address on the Transaction Details page. - I have not posted the item and I will refund the payment. - I have refunded the payment for this transaction.   Please help me all I want to know is: HOW DO I UPLOAD EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT MY CASE? ...
