I have noticed I get a "want cash back?" option when doing paypal debit payments at walmart and any other store for that matter. Is there a FEE? I have been trying to look for a FEE for this but the only FEE's Related to the car are   ATM fees , The $1 from paypal + whatever the ATM fee is.   Please Help! ... View more

So  I have done all that is needed to get my  my new Credit Card confirmed on paypal I have received my code and everything its just Evvery time i go to      Profile >ADD or EDIT Credit> Link and confirm my card     I get this   Page not found   You have requested an outdated version of PayPal. This error often results from the use of bookmarks.   Has anyone gotten this if so did you have to just wait and sit it out or call customer service? ... View more
