OK not sure how to fight these charge backs. I use Paypal for our credit card processing but when there is a chargeback or even a dispute no matter what we loose. Is I have numerous communications documented and goods signed for how can it be a unauthorized purchase if it is the person we shipped to? Why is the merchant always the easy target. Has anyone had any luck as a merchant fitting the chargebacks??
