There are no good mass disbursement systems or ways to add multiple account from different countries right now. Come on Paypal! Here's a question. I have an HSBC account in Hong Kong. US Citizen. The address on file for that bank account is my US one. Yes, they do allow it. So would it be possible for me to add this account to my existing US based paypal account or do I need to open another paypal account just for Hong Kong - but my bank account address is listed in the US. How does that work?
