i recently had to submiit info and almost had my account restricted, i only use my account to recive payments from places i work for on line that only receive payments via paypal. i successfully had my account restored i took pictures that were dated from my camera of the paperwork they asked for then i waited and received info that my account was restored. it pays to keep through records and take picture when can do not fax them take color photos with a digital camera and then upload the requested items. document everything and failing that contact legal aid if you do not come to a successful solution. hope this helps
