This sounds a bit complicated but i have recently tried to set up a sellers account and entered my bank account details & received the message this bank account is already registered to someone else I remember that i think i registered my bank account a few years ago with paypal and cannot remember my email address, password, postcode or telephone no from my previous address. This is really puzzling me what to do as i realise the only way i could get round this would be to go to the trouble of opening a new bank account -to withdraw funds to -which i really dont want to do!
