I guess this site doesn't have any active members! Just wanted to say that I discovered that my problem doesn't occur when I use Google Chrome browser.  Only Microsoft Explorer. So, if the same thing happens to you and you can't get help (like me) to fix it, just switch over to Chrome for your Paypal browsing sessions. ... View more

I can't view transaction details. I need help.

Every time I click on transaction details, it takes me to a page telling me I need to log in, even though I'm already logged in.  When I try to log in again, it just keeps taking me to the same login page, over & over again. I've cleared my cache, deleted cookies, history, etc. etc., but it still does not work.  I even called Paypal & the woman couldn't help me at all.  I know there's probably some little something that I need to change on my pc, but I don't know what it is.  A similar thing happened a few years ago & I called the company (can't remember who it was now) but they directed me change my settings or click/unclick a setting somewhere and it did the trick.  Problem is, I don't recall what they had me do! Evidently, this issue has not been resolved.  I've been trying to create a business account for my husband, and the password keeps getting rejected.  And, I've followed the requirements.  Very frustrating... ... View more
