Hi there! I have £90 balance in my Pay Pal account. I wonder how this money went there. I purchased a phone and cancelled the order, would this be the money that was returned by the trader? For what is the balance used? I had never before and money was taken of my bank account to make payments, no matter the amount. Help anyone? Thank you.
