Okay, I bought hair extensions from this person over seas in china somewhere last month. They arrived & I didn't like them so I returned them. 2 weeks later the seller emailed me & said they gave me a refund on Jan. 22... well that was 5 days ago & it still has not showed up in my paypal account. & I paid for it with $40.00 from my paypal balance & $7.00 from my bank account balance. Where is my money?
