I have a similar issue. I have indicated which bank account I want used for payments and instead draws from a different account on file. It has happend twice, costing me a $10 service fee each time. The second time I mentioned it to their customer no service I didn't even get a reply. Since they can not seem to follow their own processes I guess I will have to remove my second account and re add it only when I wish to use it.
