Ok so this is my first time posting on the forums but I need help, I am a repd eBay seller and buyer with 100% feedback I know that doesn't matter but I think that will start a track record. So basically I sold this item for 70$ usd the buyer sent me 2x payment of 35$ usd and he recalled the money he sent me so now I am **bleep** with a negative paypal balance and all funds will have to come out my pocket leaving me with out with nothing considering the item is virtual and I can no longer get it back. The buyer is trying to leave me out on this which is not cool at all so I need to know what I can do besides open my claim I can't do anything with a negative balance and I don't know how you can take money out of my account without permission leaving my with -38.xx$ balance.
