long story short. i sold an item on ebay, shipped it, tracked it. it took an awfully long time, to the point where the buyer was asking for a refund after waiting about three weeks for it to arrive. buyer was refunded yet the post office found the said package and delivered it. now they have gone ghost and won't respond to my emails and i sent an invoice simply asking to pay for the item that has been lost and now was delivered but to no avail. so i'm guessing there is nothing i can do about this now? they have my money and my item, i basically got stolen from? any help woul be appreciated, thanks.
