Good morning, Has anyone else noticed a slowness with the cmd=_notify-validate postback to paypal for IPN verification? It's sometimes taking that 1 minute to send "VERIFIED" and 2 further minutes to close the connection. I'm trying to create a ticket with MTS about this, but I cannot get logged in to paypal-support.com or paypal-techsupport.com. Does anyone else have this problem? There are two ways to login: through paypal or through a login to the site itself. When I try through paypal, I get logged into paypal, but it loops me back to the login page for paypal-support. I've tried in Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, and in private browsing windows, so I do not know how to get logged in. So I tried to create an account directly on the site and it told me it already existed. So I tried to recover my password, but it never sent the recovery e-mail. I tried 3 different addresses and checked spam and gave it several hours and still no e-mail anywhere. As a last resort, I'm trying to post in community. Hopefully someone can tell me what weird trick needs to be used to login to the tech support site so I can create an actual issue with tech support. I have further technical details which I tried sending to merchanttechsupport (at paypal dot com) but it can only be used once a ticket has been created on paypal-support.com. Argh. Thank You!
