Buyer had wrong address on his account

I recently sold an item and the buyer paid immediately.  The next day I shipped the item to the address given on his paypal account.  The following day the buyer sends me an email with another address requesting I ship the item there, stating he no longer lives at the previous address. I know the chances of a person who didn't order the item, returning it are very slim, so my question is:  Who ends up getting the shaft?  ME or MY CUSTOMER? ... View more
