MY EBAY SHOWS PENDING FOR WEEKS. PAYPAL SHOWS NOTHING ON PAYMENT PENDING OT OTHERWISE.  EBAY IS UNREACHABLE TO ME ON SUBJECT. JUST WANT TO SEND THEM AN EMAIL . ebay payments not getting to my paypal account

 My last 2 ebay payments are in limbo ebay shows an hour glass and paypal shows nothing. One customer said the link was broke . I cannot get thru to ebay.  my cell phone is not going thru reliably in this area. an paypal says talk to ebay. Ebay menueing takes me around in circles. I just want to send an email to some at ebay that can fix the Problem. I have closed my store because I cannot accept payments .
