I had a customer post a dispute against me and ask for a refund because I refused to give him a false invoice saying he only paid $200 for an item he really purchased for $600, question is while this is being reviewed by paypal I have a negative $587 balance, I am expecting payments on other items I've sold, are these payments going to be held?
