Hello all 😃 I've read the page at https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/merchant-fees#paypal-payouts regarding mass payment fees and I'm afraid I'm still not clear on this. Looks like the 'traditional API' is $1 and the newest 'Payouts API' is $0.25 So, my question is... if sending a Mass Payment to 4,000 people (all USA accounts) for $20 each, is the fee $4,000 for traditional API? It's $1 per recipient I assume, right? And if the Payouts API is 1/4 of the price, why would people still use traditional API? Thank you for your help!
