Paypal Canada is passing out promotion codes for free shipping with select retailers, but we never agreed to provide any free shipping to Canada with paypal. Here's a link for reference urbanebloc.com Now there are customers making orders demanding free shipping. Even if we cancel their orders we will have to pay Paypal the non-refundable transaction fee. I would like to keep accepting paypal on my site, but not if it means angering customers and having to pay fees for nothing or keep promises we didn't make.
