I agree with you 1000000000000 percent. i think that this is illegal and definately not necessary. I too have met all of the requirements and yet I have a 60 day hold on (MY,,,,,MY,,MINE....NOT THEIRS MONEY) And good luck trying to get a live english speaking human being on the phone to help you......they all seem to be reading off of a printed script.
