did the same, trying other industries to see if it was a simple code error. I did call twice and the only thing I learned was I was listed under a different category on their records than I was currently applying for - that discrepency might have triggered it to auto-decline. I updated my account to Business (was premiere) and made sure my category was up to date. Hoping that gets me approved soon. They said it could take 72hrs to a week for their back end to support my current changes.
