a few weeks ago my account was broken into and compromised....someone had gone in and changed my primary phone number and added theirs and then took the liberty of sending themselves $1056.00....now i am grateful that paypal smelt something funny and put a hold on my account until i reviewed this transaction....but heres my gripe....and if i could get some sort of answer or explanation from anybody it would be most appreciated.....THE GRIPE....when i sent an email to paypal asking how this could of happened, how to keep it from happening again, and since we have a email address, an ip address, and a telephone number, WHY is this guy not being arrested and me pressing charges????????........isnt this what the FBI does????......after all it is my tax dollars that pays their salaries and the last time i checked, ripping someone off $1056.00 was considered a FELONY........why does no one care about this ?????.......ANYWAYS.....back to THE GRIPE .....the only responses i got from paypal was automated emails that didnt even come close to addressing the issues i spoke of.......i really dont think im gonna get what im looking for by signing into this community thing unless someone can give me an paypal alternative that i can use to buy and sell on eBay............so if theres really anybody out there (thats real) i dooley appreciate your time and feedback.....THANX
