Same here! And I'm an IT expert that helps clients edit, repair and setup their invoicing systems.. 😉 PayPal has seriously lost a lot of value in their team that put this together. PayPal is listening to its own noise and not actually relying on solid feedback. The proof of that is in the pudding.  They always say something like, "that's very simple, you just need to go here, click this, follow the link at the bottom of the page, then click on this, then follow that link, and then hit the scroll down menu, and WALLAH there it is! See!? Simple!  LOL  These people are out of their minds and they need a reality check! ... View more

Seeking To Set Up Domain Ticketing/Invoicing Syste...

What better community to reach out to, than those who actively use the same gateway as I do. I'm hoping some of you have gone before me and can recommend a great path for me to consider.  I am a sales and service business(Office Equipment Dealer), and it's just as important to have a great ticketing system, as it is a great invoicing system. I've looked at so many ticketing/support plugins that are geared towards IT help desk, that I'm wondering if there's any other kind out there? When I do find an invoicing system it won't marriage well with the ticketing system I've found.  Furthermore, I don't want to have my clients sign into a ticketing system, and then into an invoicing system using different sign ins. Which is where my dilemma is now.  I already have my PayPal API working on my site and using it inside WooCommerce. But the ticketing system they have, doesn't work well. It uses collected email transactions, and that's unacceptable for me. The main reason why is that emails can change over time, and if you use a system that only tracks emails, the moment that email account changes, your links are obsolete. I genuinely need one single point of capture/database for ALL transactions on the support ticket side. When I find those types of plugins however, it seems to have its own sign-in parameters.  I'm curious if any of you out there have gone your own way too. You've successfully created a: ticketing/invoicing/Estimates system that has a single point of security entry. The clients can sign in and see all their previous history with you in all 3 categories.  Currently I am seeking a plug in, but if you know of a great theme, where all of these are tied in together, I would also consider simply upgrading my website to allow myself the convenience of doing all with a single theme already designed with single point sign in security!  Thanks in advance for any help you might give me. It's been a journey! 🙂  Chris ... View more
