Another PAYPAL member wants to pay for an item I am selling (not on ebay) I asked him to make a manual payment using my Paypal email address he said that would take days for it to go through, he said if I send him an invoice he said his payment would be instant? I've never used an invoice are there charges? I just don't feel comfortable doing it.
