Help someone!! I have been attempting for three days to issue a refund for a cancelled item. Talked to Paypal and they said it was probably because the person had a different email than provided. That was the only one I had. Now I see that the person is unregistered. I asked him if he had another email and his response was that Paypal told him that I processed his credit card and it did not go thru Paypal. He sent his BIN thru iPad. This person has 3 points. Seems to be under the impression that I have his credit card info. HELP!!!
