Anyone hear of a company called "cloudwisdomremit electronic commerce co ltd".. That is all that is on my PayPal invoice no email to write them no website to go to. Why doesn't pay pal not allow these companies that don't provide this information that is crucial to get a problem solved or a refund. Seems like that would stop a lot of this scamming going on.
I know I was stupid but for 19.99 to buy a mystery box with free shipping I couldn't pass it up. Its been almost a month, invoice says shipped that pay pal has..I never even got a confirmation, It was an add on Facebook marketplace that I was drawn too about overstock items..pallets and boxes could be bought with name brand items inside. I know its to early to start any proceedings with PayPal but just was wondering since I cant find any other information about this company if anyone else has heard about them or fallen for this advertisment.
