We ship exactly the same thing 95% of the time and use the same weight and dimensions. We ship a 2 pound folded item in a USPS Priority mail (non flat rate) Tyvek envelope. Occasionally the item weighs more than 2 lbs and I am quick to get a charge from pay-pal and must pay this fee before I am allowed to print any more labels. Today I receive (8) charges and now the reason for the charge is Packaging type mismatch. when I click on details I can only see once when the charge is paid that I indicated a 7500 packaging when I used a 7700 packaging (I may have those codes wrong as I am recalling from memory), we use the exact same type of packaging, unless its a 3lb item or more than one item and then we use a Priority mail box (again not flat rate). We never use flat rate boxes or envelopes. We don't use first class mail. I thought at first that maybe there was a new option when setting up saved shipping profiles for a non flat rate box, but no, so we still use "your own packaging". Should I take the time to dispute these fees totaling $27.83.
