That agrees with what I'm hearing that only one bank is authorized by the South Adrican government to pass through to Paypal.   It sounds like you are quoting Paypal policy and that Paypal will allow a South African company to send funds out of the country at will.   Does South African law that also allow a South African company to send funds out of South Africa at will?   Dan ... Thanks for getting right back to me.   Is this a recent change?   Several business people I have contacted in South Africa say they cannot.   Two of them admitted they have not tried for a while so I wonder if it used to be that they could not and they are unaware of a recent change.   Thanks, Dan ... www.paypal.com/worldwide  doesn't differentiate between an individual making a personal purchase and a company buying supplies for it's business.   My question is:   Does the law in South Africa restrict a South African company from using Paypal to pay for commercial supplies from the USA?  I figure you should know.   Thanks, Dan   By the way, the spell checker on this Paypal forum doesn't have either Paypal or paypal in it's dictionary. ...
