I recently sent the item back to the seller in return for a FULL refund of the paid amount for the item that was advertised as a 100% authentic item and the item I received was not. My concern at this point is that the seller will not take immediate action to do his part to resolve the dispute. As of right now, I am out $750 with nothing to show for it. How long will it take for me to get the refund? The tracking number that I provided for the claim shows the item is sitting at the sellers local post office. Is there anything I can do at this point where I am not at loss for his laziness/carelessness? I would greatly appreciate any advice! Thank you.
