Figured out the problem. Seems now you MUST enter a "customer service" TELEPHONE NUMBER to your business account information to get the "Business Information" edit page to accept any changes. In the past, a customer service telephone number was not required for a business account. I even just recently opened a new business account, and nowhere did it say a customer service telephone number was required. I'm told by Merchant Tech Support, that all new business accounts need to provide a customer service telephone number to all customers that purchase your product, but for some reason I have been able to sell with my NEW business account WITHOUT a customer service telephone number. The box for my customer service telephone number has always been blank, and no problems with the account. But when I tried to change my customer support EMAIL address, and clicked "Save", the edit page just stayed put with NO error message, or ANY kind of alert, or indications that a phone number is required to complete any updates on the page. Took me over a week to get this solved, and I suggested to Merchant Tech Support they should indicate on the edit page that a customer service telephone number is now "Required" to make any changes with the Business Information.
