In response to Amanda_Paypal on fund holds and policy. I've read the policy, and it's after your post date that the system error has been corrected that held funds on sellers that it shouldn't have. According to your policy, you shouldn't be holding my funds....but you are. So much for error correction. And, to add insult in injury I just printed a label through Paypal and despite what it showed as the address (confirmed) it didn't print that exact information. It shortened the address line and printed that twice on line one and two!?? Therefore I had to print another one and void the first. Then, when I edited the address, it said "unconfirmed" address. Great! With this hold policy, I now paid out of pocket for TWO labels and will have to wait for a refund on the first. Not my fault, but I'm paying for it. Ebay and Paypal just want to be Amazon, they don't care about the small seller who made them who they are. Why bother with feedback at all if 100% is meaningless! This is the policy: (I guess after 9 yrs and 100% feedback...I'm just not trustworthy.) eBay item holds - we may place a hold on a payment received for an eBay transaction when we believe there is a high level of risk that the transaction will be disputed or charged back. We may hold the funds for up to 21 days but may also release the hold sooner if the buyer leaves positive feedback on eBay or we can confirm satisfactory delivery of the item.
