I am beyond frustrated with my attempt to finally fully resolve my dispute. The case has been closed and I did receive the refund... however, the confirmation from paypal stated I would receive a refund for shipping as well. I would not have returned the item without the refund of the shipping because of how outrageous the shipping was to return the item overseas. I've previously attempted to contact paypal on three different occasions. All three times I received the same useless pre-typed template informing me on how to view open and closed disputes. Is there any way to respond to a dispute that's already closed? It appears there's no options to do anything under a closed dispute.
